ABOUT
MEREDITH BOLT
MEREDITH BOLT is a professionally trained fabricator and artist who works mainly in textiles and foam. She has studied art since 2005 and is currently a graduate student in the Advanced Special Effects and Prosthetics program at Sheridan College.

Always interested in the ever blurring lines of art and humour, Meredith's art draws inspiration from her own life as a child of the nineties (some of her influences include, but are not limited to, THE OLSEN TWINS, THE SPICE GIRLS, SHANIA TWAIN and RUPAUL).

An intense passion for art and design, fashion, comedy and crafts have caused her to take up many hobbies and acquire a multitude of artistic skills: molding and casting, quilting, sewing, painting, sculpting, floral design, drawing, foam fabrication etc.

In 2018, Meredith used these skills to co found PUPPETHOLE STUDIOS with fellow artist GRACE BRANIFF, a puppet studio that specializes in hand sewn, wild puppets that are as cute as they are immature. Upcoming for Puppethole is 'WOMEN OF HERSTORY: a drag series'. Puppethole aims to combine the three main interests of all millennials: social media, drag queens and puppets!
